Jan Kriel - Liggieboom

Each year Jan Kriel School celebrates it's "Liggieboom". Below are a few picture from the fantastic evening. I am always amazed at how well the children. It really is a special evening and well worth visiting.

Michelle and Phil - finally tie the knot

Michelle and Phillip finally tied the knot after many years. However it proved to be well worth the wait as their wedding was stunning. I guess the advantage of waiting a while (and I use the term loosely as I believe it was over ten year in this case) is that you really know who you want to have at your wedding. I'm sure you will agree from the pictures below, everyone had a great time!

Phil and Michelle, so to be Mr and Mrs ....

Chinese lanterns to wish upon, the instructions alone were enough to have you in
stitches

Up, up and away!!

Happy 40th

The State of Entrepreneurship in SA - GEW 2010

The State of Entrepreneurship in SA GEW 2010 (quite a mouthful) was held at the prestigious Mount Nelson Hotel on the 17th November 2010.

Panellists included successful entrepreneur Adrian Gore, CEO of Discovery Holdings, Paul Harris, Chief Executive Officer, FirstRand Ltd and Willem Roos, CEO Out Insurance and the headline panel was facilitated by Bronwyn Nielsen, senior anchor of CNBC Africa.
Whilst the entire event was most impressive, I must confess, I thought that the speech by Robert Polet, President and CEO of The Gucci Group was brilliant and truly inspirational.
The event was very well attended by around 200 people from varying walks of life.
